At Define Wellness, we guide yoga and movement classes designed to help you feel grounded, balanced, and at ease — in body and mind. My mission is to make wellbeing accessible to everyone, offering a calm and supportive space where you can breathe, release, and rediscover your strength.
Founded by Hattie Radford, Define Wellness was created from a simple idea — that wellness looks different for everyone. Here, you’re invited to define what it means for you.

Hello, I’m Hatti — the founder of Define Wellness and a bit of a dyslexic fidget who still mixes up her left from right.
I trained as a dancer for 17 years before discovering yoga and completely falling in love with the way mindful movement can transform not just your body, but your whole outlook on life. That passion took me all the way to India, where I completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training and deepened my understanding of what it really means to move with purpose and awareness.
Now, I teach yoga, Pilates, and chair yoga — creating welcoming classes that focus on strength, balance, and feeling good from the inside out. My approach is down-to-earth and inclusive, with plenty of space for laughter, progress, and real connection.

Wellness packages

Define wellness is currently offering two new packages to help enhance your wellness experience. Rooted Rituals – A self-care experience combining yoga with Reiki, facials, and a collagen eye lift to help you relax, reset, and glow from within.
Align & Flow – A soothing blend of yoga and massage designed to release tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling calm, strong, and centred.

Zoom Classes
Live Online Movement Classes Designed for Your Wellbeing
Experience high-quality yoga, yogalates and stretch-based sessions from the comfort of your home. My Zoom classes are structured to improve strength, mobility, posture and overall balance, while supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. With unlimited weekly access, you can choose the sessions that fit your schedule and progress at a pace that feels right for you.

Personal Training
My 1:1 personal training sessions are designed to create measurable, sustainable change. Through a personalised blend of strength training, mobility work and functional movement, you’ll build confidence, improve posture and develop long-term body awareness.
